Kyocera Corporation's first company in Turkey, KYOCERA BILGINOGLU Precision Tools Industry & Trade A.S., will be established in February this year and commence operations in April.

The company is a machine tool sales company located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a joint venture between Kyocera's subsidiary, Kyocera Unimerco, and the Turkish machine tool sales agent, Bilginoglu Industrial Materials Industry & Trade A.S.
Kyocera's cutting tool product line is extensive, with strong capabilities in non-standard custom development, particularly with a solid track record of adoption in the European automotive industry. Moving forward, Kyocera also plans to establish logistics and technical centers in Turkey, building a comprehensive sales system aimed at providing optimal solutions for customers.
Turkey is situated at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, boasting a superior geographical location and abundant labor resources. Notably, in recent years, the Turkish government's economic policies aimed at stimulating investment have attracted numerous well-known automotive manufacturers to invest and set up factories in the country. The annual export growth rate of automotive-related products in Turkey is close to 10%, and the demand for cutting tools is expected to rise accordingly.
